Thursday. March 10 | 6:30pm to 8pm

It is now, during their middle school years, that many young people first encounter chances to try vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, alcohol and other drugs with their peers in an unsupervised environment.

And now is the time to have conversations with our children about the nature of these substances and the dangers they pose.  They need a playbook for making good decisions and responding to peers in these important moments.

We know for a fact that some San Jose Middle School students have already been exposed to vaping, marijuana, and alcohol on our campus.

Join us for an important discussion on how to talk about these subjects with your children, strengthen their ability to make positive choices when confronted with substances, and identify when and where to get help.

Presented by SJMS PTA and North Marin Community Services.
